Puncture repair terms
Repairs are carried out only when safe and compliant with BS AU 159. If a tyre cannot be repaired (e.g. sidewall/shoulder damage, run-flat driven flat, severe/irregular puncture, bead damage, or tread below legal limit), a call-out/inspection fee applies to cover time and travel — this fee is deducted in full if we supply and fit a replacement tyre on the same visit.
Prices can vary by tyre size/brand and exact location. Out-of-hours surcharges may apply. No hidden extras.

Do you balance the wheels?
Yes — wheel balancing is FREE with every fitted tyre. If you need balancing only (no new tyre), see our wheel balancing page or call us.
What counts as normal hours?
Normal hours are Mon–Sat 8am–6pm. Outside these times an out-of-hours surcharge may apply — we'll confirm on the phone before we set off.
How does pricing work for puncture repairs if I'm not local?
Our puncture repair rate is distance-sensitive. A base price applies to local call-outs near the on-duty technician; a small travel supplement may apply for outlying locations. We always confirm the exact price upfront.
What if my puncture can't be repaired?
We follow BS AU 159 standards. If a tyre isn't repairable (e.g. sidewall damage, run-flat driven flat, severe puncture, bead damage or below legal tread), a call-out/inspection fee covers the visit — fully deducted if we supply and fit a replacement tyre on the same call-out.
